Communication Protocol
To maintain the highest level of security and professional traceability, Kingman Refinery enforces a strict Email-Only communication policy for all compliance and onboarding matters.
All verbal discussions or third-party messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) are considered unofficial and will not be recognized as part of the formal application record. This protocol ensures an unalterable audit trail for both the refinery and the applicant.
Pre-qualification Process
Prospective partners must complete a rigorous three-tier verification process before any commercial engagement.
Questionnaire
Comprehensive operational and financial history disclosure form.
Trade License
Validated UAE or International trade certifications (Current).
KYC Documents
Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) passports and verified IDs.

Submitting pre-qualification documents does not constitute an agreement or a guarantee of account activation. Kingman Refinery reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide detailed justification, maintaining our commitment to risk mitigation and operational integrity.
Data Privacy
All data submitted during the onboarding process is handled in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data.
We employ enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Information is exclusively used for the purpose of compliance screening and legal validation.
